The overnight cruise on Doubtful Sound was the highlight of our 3-week holiday for all four of us. The accommodations near the airport and camper location was perfect. So easy to manage.

Sally is an amazing trip advisor. Our engagement with Sally started almost 3.5 months before 16 days trip and it was a super smooth experience right throughout our entire 4 months engagement. She was super prompt in replying to our queries, went above and beyond in arranging and keeping a tab on activities already booked (case in point being stargazing activity, which was already booked before we showed interest, however we still got a slot because of Sally keeping a tab on cancellations). Our trip to NZ would not have been as good, if not for her. We really appreciate her guidance and support throughout our trip planning, and we would strongly recommend her for future references.
Great trip! Driver and tour director were very knowledgeable, personable and professional. We wanted a one-time bucket list trip and this gave us all of that and more. Hotels, food, tours, coach were excellent. Our tour director made our trip so stress free. New Zealand is beautiful and we are so happy we picked a top-rated company.
It was truly wonderful, especially the kayaking and the peaceful silence.
Sally made great arrangements for our 5-day trip, alerted us to a road closure and followed up promptly with one hotel that “lost” our reservation (but booked us in based on the voucher provided).
Accommodation was good however cabins at Hot Water beach had no ensuite which was inconvenient at night especially as you get older and or have health problems. Rental car was great however did not have GPS, so we had to rely on maps to navigate. Otherwise, the trip and organisation were great!
Service was easy to use and reduced the time and stress around planning and booking accommodation!

I firstly want to highlight Sally Laurie who helped my friend and I throughout the entire process. She was very informative and kept us on track throughout the many months of our preparation. It was amazing working with her.
Other mentions would be our bus driver who took us to Hobbiton; I can’t recall the name but she was an older lady who was fun and vibrant and made the experience there and back brilliant.
Lastly, I’d like to say that our guide Leftie was amazing. I’m thankful to have had him as our tour guide; he was a wealth of information and was just fun and spontaneous and just a great guy to be around. He suggested the Wētā Workshop that my friend and I visited after the tour and it was amazing-and we have our outstanding guide to thank for that.
Overall…amazing trip. I was shocked it was only four of us on the trip as previous interactions with tours usually had a cap of like 6 or 7 or more for the trip to happen, but I’m glad they didn’t cancel it so that my friend and I could have a one in a lifetime experience. I’ll definitely advise those I know to visit NZ and to use this company.
