The driver was excellent. The Milford experience was amazing.

We found Sally to be amazing to work with and the entire trip went without a hitch! We loved the Self-Drive option but really appreciated having all of the hotels and many excursions booked for us ahead of time. Sally was always easy to reach and very quickly made any changes we needed. Overall, we would highly recommend this company!!

The tour was well-planned and the itinerary was interesting and helpful in learning about New Zealand. Sally was terrific in suggesting ideas for our time before and following the tour. Our driver, Gary, was phenomenal—always on time and very knowledgeable about the places we visited. Also generous with his time in sharing ideas for our free time. His concern for his passengers and his desire to keep everyone happy, were amazing. We were lucky to have such a professional and personable leader. He set the tone for the group and made the tour much more than just another bus tour. Thank you, Gary!

Sally helped us with our planning and was so professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. The tour was well-organized, and the participants were very pleasant, on time, and drama free. The tour leader and driver were great.

It was great knowing everything was planned out for you. We are older travelers but still young in mind and I think we probably should have thought more about the drive distance between places. Otherwise great holiday enjoyed by all. Thankyou to Sally Laurie who we dealt with so helpful.

Sally was very helpful prior to the trip, and everything was organised and ready for us when we arrived. We had a great time, and all the accommodation was great quality and central, which made things very easy. We missed the Milford Sound tour but were able to get on a later tour. There was road works between Te Anau and Milford Sounds which slowed things down, but we also did not allow enough time, which was our fault!

A remarkable journey! Excellent guide/driver, very comfortable coach, great accommodations, outstanding food, and the sites visited and activities were well chosen.

The overnight cruise on Doubtful Sound was the highlight of our 3-week holiday for all four of us. The accommodations near the airport and camper location was perfect. So easy to manage.

Sally Laurie’s excellent planning, patience and the knowledge to understand and suggest our trip was out of this world. Her ability to follow through the three R’s of customer service – Respecting our needs, Responsibility to contact us as and when necessary and Reliability for us to communicate with her in a timely manner is greatly appreciated.
