  • 3The tour was good, but I consider the time that we spend in Mt Cook National Park was very short. Another thing is that I think it would be good to stop again on the way back in the most important places, such as the lake from where I reckon you can get the best pictures. Apart from that, everything was fine, the guides were friendly and share important information with us. Plus we were very lucky because the day was amazing, clear and sunny.

  • 4Meeting at Queenstown car park was somewhat disorganized. Nigel was very informative and went out of his way to arrange air flights at Mt Cook

  • 4The Mt. Cook tour was very interesting & well worth taking though a little on the long side, particularly as we returned over the same route as the outbound one. The views/scenery approaching and at Mt. Cook were spectacular & we were glad not to have missed them. Driver/info provider from Queenstown to Mt Cook absolutely first class! Made trip extremely interesting. Lunch superb. Overall would recommend the trip to anyone. Thanks.

  • 4We enjoyed our tour but the weather wasn't co-operative so we couldn't view Mt.Cook. The lunch wasn't good because when I ordered the lunch it was advertised as a buffet lunch but it wasn't when we got there. It was just a 3-course and the salad wasn't good. For that lunch, it was overpriced! The driver who drove us there was very entertaining and knowledgeable about the environment. We enjoyed our trip.

  • 4Very good and nice place to visit. Good driver and guide but only a very short time to stop to take photos.

  • 3More time should be allocated for the stopover at the Hermitage hotel. Also, it was a rainy day and the bus from Christchurch to Queenstown was leaking at the rear and most of the window seats at the back could not be used as they were all wet.

  • 1Return coach was terrible. Inefficient air conditioning creates stuffy environment in bus. Further on to that, driver turns off the air-cond whenever he makes comment all the time. Many passengers have asked for the air cond to be turned on but he mentioned that was due to a complaint made by a passenger that the air cond was too noisy that he couldn't hear his comment. Nevertheless, this is quite unfair to suffocate all other passengers just for 1 person! Driver was impatient in explaining the taxi arrangement back to individual accommodation in Queenstown and rude when asked for repeat!
