What is an e-voucher?

Relaxing Journeys will send you an email confirmation once your booking is confirmed. We call this email confirmation an "e-voucher" and it will contain your booking reference and your tour details.

The e-voucher is your ticket and proof of purchase, and must be presented in order to redeem your tour, activity or travel service.

You will also be informed of hotel pick-up times (if requested).

Can I change my dates?

We understand that your plans might change upon arrival at your destination, and that you may need to reschedule your tour or travel experience. Once your Relaxing Journeys booking is confirmed, you'll print a voucher with complete reservation details, including the tour operator's local telephone number.

You can call them directly with any last-minute questions or date-change requests. And they'll look after you, subject to availability of course! Don't forget to mention you hold a confirmed booking voucher, made with Relaxing Journeys.
