Warwick House was built in 1854 and is one of the finest examples of early Victorian opulence and grandeur in New Zealand. The house was extended in the late 1870s to include three towers, a spiral staircase and an impressive ballroom.
The Bayview Suite and upper veranda have views over Nelson city to Abel Tasman and the sea beyond. The Tower Suite includes the upper 2 floors of the famous 4 storey octagon 'Fairy Tale' tower.
In all, 4 large suites and 2 standard double rooms offer luxurious boutique bed and breakfast accommodation in one
of New Zealand's' best known historic properties. Full home cooked breakfasts are served to classical music in the
spectacular 'Grand Ballroom'.
