We are the closest Hotel to the largest enclosed shopping mall in New Zealand (Northlands).

The Elms has recently undergone extensive refurbishment for a stunning new look. One of our friendly receptionists are always on hand to give a warm welcome to all guests on arrival and to assist them throughout their stay with us.

Our ninety eight bedrooms are located on four floors, with both lift and stair access. The rooms are all bright and spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We have several different room configurations available, giving us a high level of flexibility to meet most of your needs and requirements.

We recognise that each and every guest has their own specific needs, requirements and expectations, and it is our aim and objective to meet these through the careful training, dedication and enthusiasm of our professional team.
