Averill Court Motel is a clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay while you unwind and explore the many historical and scenic attractions of the Bay Of Islands. We have a variety of motel accommodation options that will sleep 1-7 people, ranging fromtwin/double studios, to 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom family apartments.

Most units are at ground-floor level in a quiet garden setting with parking right outside the door. All units are fully self-contained with well-equipped kitchens and bathroom facilities, as well as TV and DDI phones.

The motel is situated within the Paihia Township, only 100 metres from a safe swimming beach that offers many activities including rowboats, sailboats, kayaks and parasailing. It is just a short, flat beachfront walk to the town centre where you can go gift shopping, post letters and cards, catch a ferry boat to Russell, take a cruise to the famous ‘Hole in the Rock’, or just relax in one of the many cafés on the water's edge. Well located for the Jazz and Blues festival in August.

In the evening you can cook your own meals in your unit, prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy outside, or walk to one of the many restaurants, which serve up a variety of meals to suit everyone’s taste.
